With deep roots in Amarillo and real estate in her DNA, Taylor Bonifield Faught brings heart, hustle, and heritage to every transaction. Inspired by her grandparents Dee and Connie Stark and her parents Tamara and Hugh Bonifield, Taylor has been licensed for 23 years—spending 14 years with Connie Stark Realtors and the last 9 with Coldwell Banker First Equity.
For Taylor, real estate isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. Each experience, big or small, has helped shape her into the trusted, dedicated agent she is today. Guided by faith and driven by relationships, Taylor puts God first and leads with compassion and strength.
When she’s not helping clients, she’s spending time with her husband Jeff and their sweet and spunky daughter Payton. Whether it’s baking, ballet, camping in the family camper, or just adventuring together, family time is everything.
Taylor is also incredibly active in the Amarillo community. From serving as Chair of the Amarillo Association of Realtors in 2022 to giving back through organizations like Junior League, Hope and Healing, and local school PTOs—she’s all in.

If I could give the Bonifield team 10 stars, I would. My first interaction with Taylor was actually when we sold our home to her client. She did such a wonderful job advocating and representing him that we knew who we were calling if we ever sold another home.Ironically, we had to sell our new home unexpectedly only 18 months after moving in due to a job relocation. We had invested heavily in a top-of-the-line barn with a living quarters and needed an agent who understood its true value. Taylor was the only agent who advocated for a professional appraisal upfront to ensure our pricing was fair and accurate.When our first buyer stalled on a contingency for three months, this left our family of four cramped in a one-bedroom apartment until we officially closed. Taylor stepped in with incredible grit and was able to advocate for us as we ended the contingency with the buyer. We were bummed that we had to start the listing process all over during what seemed to be the slower time of the year for the market in Amarillo. She reassured us that she didn’t think that would matter… and she certainly didn't let us stay in a holding pattern. We resisted and she hit the ground running. She got us back on the market and secured a cash offer within three weeks. AND! We didn’t take a hit. We closed for nearly our entire asking price January 2025. Her honesty, market knowledge, and willingness to fight for her clients are unmatched.Taylor, if you’re reading this. I’m a master procrastinator and baseball consumes us!!! This review is a year overdue.

Taylor was a gem! She helped us sell a home in Amarillo and it was a flawless process! She had the house sold in days. We adore her personality and her support throughout the process was beyond appreciated. Highly recommend her to any sellers in Texas!
