We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Andrew Glenn and The Glenn Team while purchasing our place in Amarillo!Andrew initially showed me the property virtually, and looking back, his assessment of both the home and the surrounding area was incredibly accurate. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and his honest, detailed perspective was so spot-on that I never needed to make an additional trip to Amarillo to see the property in person. He even introduced himself to the neighbors and gathered helpful information from them, which was incredibly valuable.Throughout the entire process, Andrew was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He promptly showed me the property additional times when I needed measurements, answered my questions quickly, and graciously helped an elderly family member down the stairs when needed. He also gave me a ride when I needed one—both gestures meant so much to me.Because we weren’t in Amarillo for the closing, Andrew went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. He personally arranged for a locksmith so we could access the property and handled numerous details on our behalf virtually. At every step, I felt confident that everything was being taken care of and that Andrew genuinely cared about helping us.If I were purchasing another property in Amarillo, I would absolutely work with Andrew again. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is responsive, trustworthy, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile for his clients.It was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. I honestly don’t have a single negative or concerning thing to say, and I truly can’t think of anything that would have made the experience better.
