You may have noticed the former Avis Rent A Car location has been torn down and wondered what will be going in.    Carl’s Jr, known for their burgers, is opening  2 locations in Amarillo, one on 45th Ave and one on Amarillo Blvd.  Tom Roller represented the Seller for the location opening on 45th Ave near Bell.  Bob Garrett represented the Seller for the location opening on Amarillo Blvd near Tascosa Road.    www.carlsjr.com      281 ... read more
