Finally.... Great Deal on a House for Rent on Craigslist . . . Or a Scam?

While searching on Craigslist, you see a fantastic deal on a home for rent in the neighborhood you always wanted to live in.  Not only is the lease price exceptionally low but they allow pets! Potter-Randall Appraisal District just sent out property appraisals and we've been getting a lot of questions, so we wanted to go ahead and address those directly.
