Finally.... Good Mexican Food is coming to Lubbock. Residents of Lubbock have a reason to celebrate. Jorege Albarran, owner and operator of Jorge's Mexican Bar & Grill in Amarillo, will be opening a second restaurant in Lubbock, Texas.
