Celia Welsch is a very warm and caring person .She very patently worked for approximately four years to help me find a home . My concerns was very important to her inwhich She very quickly learned my likes and dislikes and dilgently help me select and purchase a home that fit personality , my needs and desires . We were moving to TX from SC and researched realtors who would give us the dedication we needed with moving so far. We found Ceila and it was the perfect fit from the first phone call. She was always quick to respond and check things out for us, and within 6/7 weeks we moved into our first home! Don’t hesitate - Ceila is the absolute best and goes above and beyhond!

Ceila Helped my purchase my first home when I moved to Amarillo 4 years ago and I was more than happy with her for finding me a place I would enjoy, which worked out wonderfully. When it came time to move away I felt that she would be a good choice to help me sell my house as well. She is very knowledgeable about the area and knew right what my house should sell for. She was very helpful with helping me get the house ready to put on the market and once it was listed it only took a few weeks to get it under contract. Once the sale was negotiated she was very easy to work with from out of state and everything was taking care of with no problems. If I ever need help again with buying or selling around Amarillo I will almost certainly return to Ceila.
